Mr. Campos brings over 30 years' of business experience, international business development and sales to BPA.  He brings business strategy and innovative solutions focused on expansion into new markets.  Experienced dealing with global deals and negotiations covering Brazil, the continental USA, Canada, Latin America, and EMEA.  Industries experience spanning Finance, Telecom, Travel & Transportation, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Energy, and Public sector.

Mr. Campos is a Mechanical Engineer (UNICAMP), BS and BA (PUCC), BS.

Languages:  Portuguese (Native), English (Fluent), and Spanish (Fluent).

Mr. McEntee brings over 25 years' of accounting, tax and business advisor experience to BPA. Extensive financial analysis coupled with complex business structuring experience allow him to bring creative and effective solutions for business development and advisory services. Mr. McEntee has developed a multi-cultural perspective and sensitivity from working on international projects (in regions like North America, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Asia and Africa) for multi-national corporations.  This diverse experience with countless corporate teams involved collaboration with a wide range of professional disciplines, such as, legal, accounting, real estate, finance and business line executives. Additionally, his experience extends beyond the corporate environment via interactions with national, state and municipal authorities in domestic and international environments.  That broad experience provides direct and indirect experience beyond his primary disciplines.

Mr. McEntee is a certified public accountant (C.P.A.) with a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas.

Mr. Sawyer has most recently worked for De Nora and Austin Industries focused on legal, finance, and business development within the energy and water markets.  Mr. Sawyer has over a decade of experience in industry, where he was a member of the finance team for the industrial division of the largest general contractor in Texas and held several roles within De Nora, a multi-national leader in water treatment equipment and electrolytic technologies.  Mr. Sawyer was involved with greenfield and expansion projects for municipal WTP/WWTPs, industrial, and offshore/marine projects and facilities.

Mr. Sawyer earned a B.A., from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), a J.D. Environmental Law from the University of Oregon School of Law.
